That's right Jesse has been cooking for 36 weeks now! Next week I will be considered full term and will be able to safely have him in the birth center if he wants to come early, but I'm hoping he waits!
Wednesday was the last of our bi-weekly midwife appointments and now we are moving on to the weekly ones! Jesse is still doing good. We have been told that at this point he appears to be an average size baby but that they'll have a better idea of his size as I progress.
The midwife was trying to show the nurse practitioner where Jesse's head was and they were poking and prodding the little guy so much that he started to throw a fit! Joe could see my belly flopping all over the place from across the room. It was kind of funny!
Our next visit is Tuesday and I'll be about 37 weeks by then!! We will have an hour long visit where we tour the birth center again and they'll go over exactly what to expect when I go into labor! It's getting closer and we're getting more anxious!!
